LEARN TO LIFT
Our Beginner Program for kettlebells is a 4-Week progression designed to expose new members to foundational principles of lifting, how those principles apply to lifting kettlebells, and exercises specific to kettlebell training that open wide your movement and fitness potential!
The layout of each class:
Warm-Up - Follow the leader and create momentum with the bell
Drills (Ladders, repeats, intervals) - practice the base movements, and build complexity
Strength Circuit - Use kettlebells for traditional strength development (compound movements)
